January Stroke Clinics

Ages: 4 to 18 years

Skill Requirements:

Must be able to swim one 25 yd lap of the pool without flotation device or physical assistance.

Location: Palisades High School indoor pool - 15521 York Rd, Charlotte 28278

Program Dates: Saturday January 17th & Sunday January 18th

Session Times 1-5pm

Required Equipment: one piece swimsuit, goggles, swim fins

Stroke-intensive clinics are coming to Just Swim!

Each two-hour session will focus on a single stroke - Freestyle, Backstroke, Breaststroke and Butterfly. Our clinic package includes one session on Saturday and one Sunday session.

Saturday Sessions: Freestyle & Backstroke

Sunday Sessions: Breaststroke & Butterfly

Participants will choose their stroke for each day during the registration process.
