Summer positions for the 2026 summer season will be filled in Spring 2026.

The Orange Crush are our summer swim meet staff. Crush team members are trained to work on one of several necessary swim meet positions - Starter, Computer Tech, Clerk of Course, Head Timer and Head stroke Judge. Crush members are not volunteers; to learn more about each position, click on the buttons below.

Orange Crush exists to deliver consistent and smooth meet administration to all teams in the Just Swim summer league. Having a trained staff to administer swim meets allows coaches to spend more time on what they do best - coach their swimmers - not having to worry about meet administration. With hired staff to oversee the meets, far fewer volunteers are required to help out during meets, which allows families to enjoy the swim meet experience as spectators.

We LOVE having current and former Just Swim swimmers serving in Orange Crush roles. You'll find former swimmers serving in EVERY role that Just Swim has to offer. If you are 13+ and looking for a fun & rewarding summer job with a fantastic group, Orange Crush may be for you!
