Championship Swim Meet 2022

PLEASE BE ON TIME - WE HAVE A VERY TIGHT SCHEDULE  

• 6:00am – gates open
• 6:15am – warm ups begin
• 6:30am – ALL Volunteers check in
• 7:00am – Timers meeting  
• 7:20am – Welcome & Anthem
• 7:30am - 1st Event called

• Parking Lot will be reserved mainly for Coaches, Volunteers, Meet Staff and Starclaire Recreation Club Staff
• Limited spots will be available for regular family parking
• Overflow parking will be available on side streets surrounding the Recreation Club
• NO PARKING on facility grounds except for the official parking lot

 Concessions will be available throughout the swim meet at the snack bar located at the front of the facility just inside the gates.

• Cash and credit are acceptable methods of payment
• Gatorade, soft drinks, water, juice boxes
• Ice Cream, candy, snacks
• Meals – pizza, nuggets, BLT, corn dogs, quesadillas, chicken sandwiches

• Swimmers set up in designated 'SWIMMERS ONLY' area and stay with their teams
• Bring towel/pad to sit on
• No outside chairs on the pool deck
• Do not wander the pool deck
• Swimmers are responsible for paying attention to the Clerk of Course and listening for their Heat information to be called
• Swimmers that miss the Clerk announcement and do not report when called may miss their Event

• 6:15-6:30 - River Hills (L1-6)
• 6:30-6:45 - Palisades (L1-6)
• 6:45-7:00 - Chapel Cove (L1-3)
• 6:45-7 - Huntington Forest (L4-6)
• 7:00-7:15 - Berewick (L1-2)
• 7:00-7:15 - Planters Walk (L3-4)
• 7:00-7:15 - Crossings (L5-6)
• 7:20 - Welcome & Anthem
• 7:30 - 1st Event called

All swimmers - arrive at 6am.  Late arrivals may miss their team warm-up session and will not be permitted to join another session. 

• Spectators set up in designated 'SPECTATORS ONLY' area
• Spectators will not be allowed in the Swimmer area; Team Chaperones will be managing the swimmers
• Limited spectator seating on deck; available on first come first serve basis
• Overflow spectator areas outside the facility on the grassy areas; bring chairs for seating outside the facility gates
• Canopies for outside the facility gates are permitted
